I would say that a labourer paid for hours worked per week ie on an hourly basis would most likely receive overtime for extra hours worked which could be 1.5 x regular hourly rate for up to 2 hours extra worked or 2 x for over 2 hours extra worked, as an example from an old workplace of minel;
