10BASE-T is one of numerous physical media specified in the IEEE 802.3

100BASE-T is the main form of Fast Ethernet; while

Gigabit Ethernet (GbE or 1 GigE) is a word unfolding numerous technologies for transferring Ethernet frames at a rate of a gigabit per second.

The main difference is the transmission speeds, which are 10, 100 and 1000 Mbits per seconds for the three Ethernet variations.
