Preserving land for national parks and forest benefits people in many ways. First of all, people love to walk around in nature because it is is peaceful and helps to alleviate stress. Another benefit to preserving land for parks is to make sure we have plenty of trees and other plant life because they create oxygen for us to breathe. So it is quite important to preserve some of our land.
