Macbeth made a complaint about dead people not staying dead. He was mad that Banquo was still there in the form of the ghost now, even after he went to such lengths to kill him and secure his position as the future king. Now, Banquo's spirit came back to haunt him, which was something Macbeth made a complaint about during the banquet.
