The period from 1824 to 1845 sometimes referred to as age of Jackson because Jackson was a dominant political figure during that period of time.

It is during this period that change in United States was growing and people changed.

Jackson was a hero to common man that is how he was elected a president. New technologies were advanced where steamboats and railroads reduced the time which was taken by people to travel goods from one place to another.

News were transmitted very easily when telegraph was invented.
