What is one reason why the ku klux klan targeted the freedmans bureau?

The freedmen's bureau was consisted of refugees, freedman, and abandoned lands. But more importantly it aided African Americans going through the transition of slavery to freedom. The KKK targeted this bureau because it allowed slavery to perish and set African Americans to freedom.
