Your brother is starting 9th grade next year and is thinking about going to college. What steps would you recommend he take ?

I would recommend that he starts researching what colleges he might want to go to and what career field he might want to achieve. He maybe should even start up some volunteer work, or community service, because I've heard that colleges like you to be involved.

3rd job to pay for college/ or try to get scholarship
