I believe the correct answer is
habeas corpus.
This is a Latin term used in law which means 'that you have the body.' It is a law that protects you from unlawful detention or imprisonment.
Habeas deum and corpus mirandi don't exist as terms in law. Carpe diem means to seize the day.
