I think that music is such an important element in celebrations because in some cultures music could be used to celebrate the dead end of their life's.

It shows that it is an important live entertainment. Artist and event managers (especially DJs) are professionals at this type of work and are always willing to make music happy. Music is what make people sing to, dance to, and have fun.
