Arrange the sequence of reactions that occur in the conversion of pyruvate to acetyl-coa in the correct order:

The pyruvate from the process called glycolysis goes into the mitochondrial matrix which is known to be the innermost compartment of mitochondria. Then it will be transformed into a two-carbon molecule which will be bound to acetyl CoA. Carbon dioxide will be free and will produce NADH.
