It wasn't the entire question - I managed to find it on the Internet. The question is Which is an example of moral or political inequality?
The correct answer to that question is - having more power than others. This is obviously an example of inequality because people are not equal if one person has more power than the other. According to Rousseau, this should be dealt with promptly.
