The correct alternatives are

1- Presidential Elections. On the Constitution we have all the information we need about Elections.

2- Extradition of a criminal back to a state for trial. This is addressed on Article IV, Section 2, Clause 2 to top of subject index.

5- Making Laws. The constitution addresses the making of laws, it's capacities, vetoes, etc.
