A is your best answer

If your skin starts to chaff, sooner or later it will start to hurt, your skin will peel, and, when the skin does not protect your body, you can develop infections or conditions

I would go with A) or the first option because wearing a hat is not used in exercise, not C) because wearing stuff heavier than yourself wont let u move right, and B) just doesn't sound right.
