For most of them, centrally planned economy usually determine what kind of occupation that its people have (we have no freedom to choose our jobs)
Not only that, usually there is no wage gap between each occupations like we see in the free market.

Answer:

The government controls where people work and what the are paid, is the right answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

An economic system in which a sole authority, for instance, a cabinet, performs economic arrangements about the production and the distribution of goods, is known as a centrally planned economy. Such economies are the flip-side to business economies, in which such arrangements are conventionally made by companies and purchasers preferably than by the central governments. Accordingly, the government can employ the method of controlling the workplace and wages to control labor.
