Answer: Factors such as education, certifications, demographic factors, interview performance and references from previous employers and perhaps even interpersonal 'fit' with an organization are all part of the hiring process the biggest and most important consideration is experience. Employers are generally looking for employees that have a proven track record of doing the sort of work they are hiring for.
