TRANSPORT is the movement through membranes, and Diffusion and osmosis are passive forms of transport; this means that do not need energy to move areas of high concentration to areas of low concentration. so your answer would be passive transport. test are so dumb these days haha

The right option is; Passive transport

Passive transport is process by which ions and other molecular substances moves across cell membranes or from a region of higher concentration to a region of lower concentration without need of energy input. Passive transport is a simple, natural form of membrane transport that does not need the cell to utilize energy to achieve the movement.
