Steatorrhea is a symptom of

1) Gastritis
2) Cholecystitis
3) Pancreatitis
4) Stomatitis

I know it's not 4 because stomatitis is part of anorexia.

Steatorrhea or oily stool, is a symptom usually involved as a digestive issue where the body is incapable of processing the oils and lipids during digesting leaving stools that like to remain floating and have an oily somewhat foul odor. Cholecystitis and Gastritis while digestive tract inflammation do not involve such metabolism, but pancreatitis can actually cause this.

So your answer is C.
