The statement is true. Usually when something is authoritarian, it means that the authority is centered only in one person. As the phrase authoritarian leadership implies it, the authority is centered in the leader. Any pattern of communitcation that develops in this leadership will be leader-centered. The leader would be the one who has the right to speak and he has the final decision. For this reason, the statement is true.
