Salmon, other fatty fish and seafood are recommended by Dietitians and nutritionists because fish are considered as healthy food. Salmon and other fatty fish are good source of protein, omega 3-fatty acids and vitamin D which are important for body. The fatty fish are the healthiest of all fish. Seafood are also rich in protein and omega 3-fatty acids, EPA and DHA.
