Brian is a software salesman. His base salary is $2500 , and he makes an additional $50 for every copy of History is Fun he sells. Let P represent his total pay (in dollars), and let N represent the number of copies of History is Fun he sells. Write an equation relating P to N . Then use this equation to find his total pay if he sells 23 copies of History is Fun.

the equation would be P= 2500 + 50*N.
The total pay would be P= 2500+ 50*23= 3650
I hope this helps

P = 50N + 2500 <== ur equation

for 23 copies...sub in 23 for N

P = 50(23) + 2500
P = 1150 + 2500
P = 3650 <==
