These findings provide support for the role of cognitive process in operant behavior.
The process of acquiring knowledge from what we think, from our experiences and also from tour senses, this is known as cognition. In producing and understanding linguistic communication the cognitive process is involved and when it is involved in operant behavior, an organism or person develops an expectation.
