Al is guilty of "Intrusion upon Seclusion".
According to this anyone who interferes or intrudes with another's privacy in any way whether physically or not is guilty of the crime based on which in the above question is mentioned, the exact wording of the law is as below:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"One who intentionally intrudes, physically or otherwise, upon the solitude or seclusion of another or his private affairs or concerns, is subject to liability to the other for invasion of his privacy, if the intrusion would be highly offensive to a reasonable person."
