The Neolithic age is known as the final stage of the stone age which is about 9000 BC years ago. It is also known as the new stone age. The introduction of cereal cultivation in agriculture and domestication of animals is marked as the beginning of the neolithic age. At the beginning of neolithic age people started to become civilized, they used polished stone tools and started making small trades for living rather then exclusively depending on animal hunting for food.
