Since the Framers of the Constitution dreaded the governing bodies could never affirm a record that diminished their forces. The "Establishing Fathers" included two noteworthy gatherings. The Signers of the Declaration of Independence marked the United States Declaration of Independence in 1776. The Framers of the Constitution were agents to the Constitutional Convention and helped draft the Constitution of the United States.
