The measures that must be described in an agreement called an assurance of compliance with OHRP are procedures set up that promise that subjects will be ensured in a way alike with the Common Rule, as well as independent committee’s review that is similar or equivalent to an IRB and the only type of assurance of fulfillment accepted and approved by OHRP is Federal wide Assurance.
