Only one of the approaches to ethical reasoning has as its central tenet that locus of truth is found in human existence. to which ethics does it apply?

This applies to end result ethics. This means that whether an action is right or not depends on the consequences of that action. For instance, under this theory you could do morally dubious things like cheat on an exam as long as it had a positive result, in this case, you getting a good grade.
