That statement is false.
Even though it is true that the right to privacy is not directly stated in the constitution, some amendments were made to make sure it is stay protected. For example, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) protects a person's health information and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) protects' company privacy in making its financial statement
