Simplify 2r + 10 + 4r to 6r + 10
Expand it
Simplify 6r + 18 - 4 to 6r + 14
Cancel 6r on both sides
Since 14 = 10 is false, there is NO solution for this equation so no answer.

6(r+3) - 4 = 6r + 10 (simplify)
6r + 18 - 4 = 6r + 10 (distribute 6 into all)
6r + 14 = 6r + 10 (simplify)
6r - 6r = 10 - 14
0 = -4 (untrue)
cannot be solved sorry
