This a prove of that conclusion:

Let A + Xi be one complex number and B + Yi the other complex number, then:

A + Xi + B + Yi = 0 + 22i

=> A + B = 0 => A = -B, which means that the real part of one of the complex number is the opposite of the real part of other complex number. The imaginary part is not relevan for the question.
