The fourth mainly deals with searches and the right to be secure in one's person, the fifth concerns being able to have a trial, the sixth concerns having a jury and witnesses present, the eighth lists that the punishments meted are not to be extreme, and the fourteenth states that all persons are due equal protection under the law.
