The fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth, and fourteenth amendments are those that mainly deal with trials, crimes, and the administration of justice. The fourth mainly deals with searches and the right to be secure in one's person, the fifth concerns being able to have a trial, the sixth concerns having a jury and witnesses present, the eighth lists that the punishments meted are not to be extreme, and the fourteenth states that all persons are due equal protection under the law.
