Hi, there!
Remember PEMDAS!
So you'd start with Parenthesis (the big P.)
Then that leaves you with 65 + 7 which is 72.
Now you have 2+72x3
It would definitely bring you to your next step which would be multiplication! Which leaves you with (2+) 72x3= 216.
Lastly, you're left with the pesky 2!
If you add 2 to 216 - you're left with 218 which is your final answer!
I hope this helped! (: Good luck, rockstar!

First add the numbers in the parenthesis, (65 + 7) Which gets you 72. Now your problem is 2 + 72 x 3. PEMDAS. Next comes the Multiplication, 72 x 3, which is 216. then add 2 = 218
