True or false: suppose that the hypothetical country of prairieland has a chronic scarcity of wheat, its staple grain. this implies that if prairieland has a market economy, wheat will be available only for a price.

Yes, if prairie land has a market economy, wheat will only be available for a price because in a market economy things have to be bought for the market price. A country with a socialist economn the other hand may be able to trade other goods that praireland has in exchange for the wheat.
