Hello there!

When multiplying powers you add them.

-15 ^((16 + 9)) =
-15^(25)

In short, the answer is
-15^(25).

Hope This Helps You!
Good Luck :)

(n)^(a) * (n)^(b) = n^((a + b)) \\ So: \\ (-5)^(16) * (-5)^(9) = (-5)^((16 + 9)) \\ = (-5)^(25)
