Even after I had a bad experience with an MP3 player made by this company, I bought another MP3 player of the same brand. The right audio channel has no sound. I thought it was my headphones, but it wasn’t. After exchanging the player three times, I bought a different brand. What is the author’s viewpoint?

The author's viewpoint appears to be that that particular brand just doesn't work properly. Initially they were willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, but when faced with facts he accepted them.

Answer:

Negative viewpoint

Step-by-step explanation:

In this example, the viewpoint of the author appears to be a negative one. The author tells us that he had a bad experience with the MP3 player that was made by a particular company. The author also describes what the problems he encountered were. The author had to exchange the product three times. All of this shows that the author does not have a good impression of the product.
