On average, are there more bacteria in a square kilometer of soil from a tropical rainforest or in a square kilometer of soil from a tundra or alpine region?

The answer to this question is true.

The tropical rain forest has much water and humidity which was needed for bacteria to grow. The temperature in the tropical area is warm and it promotes bacteria growth. If you can preserve food by putting it into your refrigerator it because the low temperature will make bacteria hard to grow.
