Which of these is an accurate comparison of the results of the columbian exchange?

Both Europeans and Native Americans benefited from the trade, but the harm done to the Native Americans was greater.

There are no options from chose to but I will explain the overall results of the Colombian exchange:
The Exchange was a transfer of livestock, plantation, culture, technology etc. on a very large scale between Americas and the Old World. From this exchange Native Americans suffered more damage although there were benefits for Europeans and Native Americans both. Europeans gained a large amount of resources from this exchange while Native Americans suffered some persecution and fatalities as well.
