Dhat syndrome is the cultural syndrome involves anxiety about losing semen through nocturnal emissions, masturbation, and urination. Founded from the cultures of Indian subcontinent, Dhat syndrome is a condition in which male patients believe that they are passing semen in their urine and reports that they experience early impotence or ejaculation.
