We have to base this on the slope-intercept form of a linear equation. Its form is written as:

y = mx + b
where
m is the slope
b is the y-intercept

Substituting the given values, the equation of the line is:
y = 2/3*x + 4

To make a table, substitute arbitrary values of x, so that you would get the corresponding values of y using the equation. The table is shown in the attached picture.
