Which quadrilateral has two pairs of different but equal adjacent sides?

A kite has two pairs of congruent adjacent sides. More specifically, if we have a four sided figure with sides p, q, r, s (as shown in the diagram), then

p = q
r = s

Furthermore, p is not equal to r or s. Similarly, q is not equal to r or s. All of these facts are visually shown by the tick-marks. Segments with a single tick-mark indicate they are same length. Segments with a double tick-mark are the same length.

The answer is most likely a 'kite'. If not it would be something very similar.
