The answer is cytoskeleton.

The cytoskeleton is a complex network of fibres present in the entire cytoplasm from nucleus to plasma membrane of a cell. It is of three types. These are microtubules, microfilaments and intermediate filaments. These cytoskeletons anchoring many organelles and organize them. The shape of a cell is maintained by network of tubules.
