There is a book by employee x called how to pad your expense report...and get away with it! employee x says that he offers these suggestions because of the "obscene salaries" of executives. he doesn't see anything wrong with cheating on his expenses. what do you see in employee x's views?

I would say that employee 'X' s views in this case are totally unethical as two wrongs don't make a right and being honest about his expenses means he has integrity and also he then has a right to criticize the excessive salaries of some executives. If he cheated on his expenses then he wouldn't have a leg to stand on in opposing the excessive salaries.
