An organism must find food and water to survive. Food and water are necessary for most organisms as our body systems need them to function.
An organism does not need a habitat to survive, although it makes it easier. An organism also does not need to be able to regenerate to survive. This can be seen as it is rare to see organisms that can regenerate. Finally, an organism does not be able to reproduce to survive, although most do because of Darwinism.
