Fat and oxygen are the substances that moves passively from the lipid part of the membrane, other substances which moves from the membrane are steroids and oxygen.

The membrane which separates the cell from the outside environment is cell membrane and phospholipid is the major lipid or primary type of lipid which is used in the cell membrane.
