In Spanish, when you want to greet somebody with respect like your principal, you should address that person as tú. falso or cierto

tu is you right, so it would be false, you dont say hello you, unless i am missunderstanding

Tu is used when you referring to someone you already know, someone in an informal or even fellow classmate, so it's false but you are supposed to greet someone by using "usted".
