The rule for multiplying exponenets tells us that:
x^(a)x^(b)x^(c)....=x^(a+b+c....)

So:

n^{(4)/(3)}n^{(2)/(3)}n^{(1)/(3)}n^{(7)/(3)}=n^{(4)/(3)+(2)/(3)+(1)/(3)+(7)/(3)}=n^{(14)/(3)}=n^{4(2)/(3)}
