Bias is a prejudice or believe in favor or against a thing, person, or group of people. It is usually considered to be unfair. A library and congressional records are more likely to contain factual information, rather than bias. While, the internet is full of biased information, the internet search engine itself is not biased. The results of your search may be completely factual and free of bias as long as you are using valid sources. One thing on the internet that you can expect to find biased information is on a candidate's website (D). Candidates in any election have a certain stand on topics and will show evidence to support their own agenda, while attempting to invalidate the other candidates. While the information may be true, it most likely is biased and intended to best suit the candidate's needs.
