According to missouri law, it is legal for a boat to tow a water-skier from sunrise to sunset. Water skis, wakeboard and parasailing are allowed from sunrise to sunset. These can be performed by towing the person from behind a motorboat or PWC. A reasonable distance should be maintained between vessels, properties and people to avoid any accidents. It is illegal for an intoxicated person to ride the vessel.
