I don't really understand what your question is, but our tendency to believe we know the future and ours surroundings more than we do is a common thing. People think they know what can come and have a prediction, but there is always that sense of unknown that has to be factored in. Sometimes that portion that is unknown can be forgotten making it a surprise when something does not go our way.
