(0,200)(1,160)
slope = (160 - 200) / (1 - 0) = -40
u have a y int (where the line crosses the y axis) at (0,200)
in y = mx + b form, the slope is in the m position and the y int is in the b position...
so ur equation is : y = -40x + 200
