When Utterson and Enfield talk to him through the window, Dr. Jekyll's mood was at first, he seems willing to talk to his friend, then he changes drastically and slams the window shut. To add, a fictional character in Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde was called Dr. Henry Jekyll and his alternative personality, Mr. Edward Hyde
